Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, 14-Day Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted or refunded. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can visit your customer account page or contact us at bedfordrugs@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 159 Great Rd, Acton, MA, 01720.

If your return is accepted, you must create your own shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bedfordrugs@gmail.com.

Exchanges
Alternatively, if you do not like your rug, please contact us and request an exchange.

Damage
If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver.

If the contents of the package are damaged due to shipping process, make sure to document that on the shipping manifest.

Please report any damage or shipping damage to us as soon as possible so that we have a record of the problem. Be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged area, as this can assist in the process.
